Become a Volunteer!

In order to protect people and their animals from harm, and to protect communities from liability, only trained personnel should be tasked with animal response and within the scope of their expertise and available equipment. Won't you consider becoming a volunteer with CCDART? The need is great; the people and pets grateful; and the personal sense of achievement the greatest!

PLEASE NOTE:

In order for a volunteer to be eligible for deployment in an emergency or disaster, the volunteer must have completed certain levels of training. Classes are offered by CCDART and outside instructors throughout the year on a revolving schedule. Other required classes can be completed online or are taught by other agencies or organizations.
